By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.

The competition is being run by Dum & Co.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Dum & Co's employees and associates and family are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prize that may be awarded to you. 

Website Design - Prize

The winning prize will be Website Design Package Worth $1,500.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen BASED on how many people voted for the business, and the winner will be notified via the email address provided within 7 days after the competition closes. The winner’s first name, business name and location will be announced on Dum & Co’s website and social media channels.

Dum & Co will make two attempts to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize.

Dum & Co then reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

Due to the nature of the prize, the winner will allow the required time for the prize to be provided and will discuss the timeframe with Dum & Co.

Arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

The website cannot be hosted on any other server and must be hosted on Dum & Co server.

If the winner does not agree to this term, they forfeit their win and it will be offered to another entrant to the competition.

The winner will enter into a client agreement with Dum & Co in order for the prize to be offered and for the development of the website to commence.
